SponsoredReview.com - Monetize Your Blog

SponsoredReviews.com is another paid blogging site, meaning the site pays bloggers to post blog reviews. Since I’ve been looking into a lot of different ways to make money with blogs, I decided to go ahead and write a post about each of these ways to monetize a blog. Check back with me throughout the next few days and we’ll go through quite a few ways that your blog can make money.

If you haven’t read any of the other pay for blog posts threads, SponsoredReviews.com pays you to review a website, service or product on your blog. It’s pretty simple really. One of my favorite things about this particular sponsored blogging program is that SponsoredReviews.com allows you to search through all available offers on their website, and make bids for them. .

I love that I can look through available paid blogging offers, but I don’t like that it doesn’t separate them out for you anyway but by proposed bid amounts.

What I mean by this is after you’ve bid on 20 or so jobs, all of those jobs are still listed on the page.  So you have to sift through them day after day until they are filled, often clicking and bidding to get paid to blog offers you’ve already bid on.

There’s no way to sort through offers you’ve already seen, and nothing that says “New Offer” so that you can easily see offers that arrived that day.

All in all though, I love the fact that I can search, I just think it needs some work. ReviewMe.com is still my favorite, but as of yet, they have no search system in place. Furthermore, bloggers make more of the actual sale price at SponsoredReviews.com, keeping 35% as opposed to ReviewMe’s 50%.

Once you bid on a blog post, you may receive a counter offer from the website owner that is purchasing the review, in which case you can accept, decline, or submit your own counter offer.

Payments for paid blog posts at Sponsored Reviews are made via PayPal every two weeks.

Monetize Your Blog by Reviewing Websites and Services

As you might have noticed, Web Affiliate Creators blog is a partially monetized blog via the use of sponsored reviews, link sales and google adsense.

We decided to share some of this information with WAC bloggers that might be interested in some opportunities to blog for money.

There are a few programs out there that offer bloggers the opportunity to write honest reviews of websites, products and services and get paid to blog, the more popular and well written your blog, the better the income derived from paid blog posts.

The owners of the buying websites pay to have their website reviewed or discussed on your blog for a few reasons.

  • The Value of the Backlink
  • The Internet Exposure
  • The Benefit of Your Traffic

I currently work personally with 3 of these review type programs in effort to make money blogging, I’m pretty brand new to the program, however, they seem like a pretty smart way to advertise a website, as well as a pretty decent way to make some extra cash!

Oddly so far my favorite is ReviewMe.com I say that this is odd because ReviewMe actually takes the biggest percentage of profits, taking 50% of the overall sale, whereas a similar site SponsoredReviews.com only takes 35%.

When signing up for ReviewMe.com you’ll need to submit your blog, write a bit about it, choose a category and so on. Your blog may be automatically declined, in which case you can visit the WAC Forum, check out the bloggers area, and have your blog reviewed, we’d be happy to give you some tips for optimizing your blog, improving traffic to the blog, and getting a bit of PR.

If the blog isn’t automatically declined, there’s still a possibility that it will not be accepted, the approval process for both of the above sites seems to take a day or two, after this you’ll see that you’re blog has either been accepted or declined.

With ReviewMe you pretty much just have to wait for an offer, there have been a few gaming offers that are available to anyone with an appropriate site, but for the most part, you’ll need to wait for offers to be presented to you.

ReviewMe.com pays bloggers every two weeks via PayPal.
